Mechanics MECAN

The MECAN series was developed to meet the training needs in this important area of study. The models in the series allow studying applications of thermodynamics, assembly of machine elements, vibrations, and even pumping systems.

    Pump association benches are equipped with flow and pressure transducers at each relevant point in the circuit, allowing a detailed analysis of behavior and efficiency under different operating conditions. It includes a tablet with LabView application that enables the modification of operational parameters, as well as the visualization of graphics related to pump curves and the system.

    Thermodynamics benches have controllers, already equipped with programming licenses, and a pre-recorded program for application testing. It comes with a tablet with a supervisory system for analysis via graphics.

    Machine elements benches are composed of high-quality mechanical components that do not oxidize. They have a robust structure and a unique design. It includes tools for assembly and disassembly and an organizer box with components for assembly.

    Vibration benches are equipped with electric motors, controlled by a frequency inverter stored in a protected electrical panel, following safety standards. They are equipped with sensors, meters, and a comparator clock to aid in the analysis and assembly of practices.

    The thermodynamic analysis bench allows training on the thermodynamic phenomena present in a refrigeration plant using LabVIEW application, with the reading of strategically defined variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow, enabling a comprehensive analysis of the compressor, evaporator, and condenser capacity.

  • Pump Association Bench

    The bench for training in pumping systems allows the individual, series, and parallel operation of two centrifugal pumps in a properly instrumented closed water circuit for analysis in the LabView application.

    With this bench for training in assembly and study of commercial machine elements, it is possible to apply various transmission elements such as bearings, couplings, gears, as well as systems for motion and energy conversion.

  • Vibration Analysis Bench

    This bench for training in measurement and analysis of vibrations and dynamic balancing of rotating components, driven by an adjustable base and variable-speed electric motor, enables evaluations of gearboxes, coupling assemblies, pulleys, bearing housings, and shafts with and without known and standardized faults. The LITE version features a professional portable instrument from the market, allowing direct evaluations of variables, experiments with belt transmission, dynamic balancing, and tests on defective bearings.

  • Vibration Analysis Bench – FULL

    This bench for training in measurement and analysis of vibrations and dynamic balancing of rotating components, driven by an adjustable base and variable-speed electric motor, enables evaluations of gearboxes, coupling assemblies, pulleys, bearing housings, and shafts with and without known and standardized faults. The FULL version features a customized LabVIEW application on a PC and vibration and speed sensors with flexible mounting for variable acquisition at various experiment points, as well as configurable screens for visualization of acquired signals.
