Manufacturing Control AUMAN

The AUMAN series was developed to create experiences that enable the development of manufacturing control skills through the practical use of discrete sensors and actuators in typical industrial applications. The series kits include Conveyor control for part movement, part separation processes based on various characteristics, pneumatic XYZ manipulator, and electropneumatic XYZ manipulator.

    highlights

The pneumatic actuators and valves from SMC used are among the most modern and compact, with low energy consumption and high durability.

Electric actuators complement pneumatic actuators in mechatronics technology. They enable more precise control of position and speed, along with various other configurable parameters.

IO-Link technology has established itself as a de facto standard for sensor networks. Even discrete sensors have become intelligent.

Digital Twin of the series’ kits in the Simmaq 3D simulator.

The Simmaq simulator expands the use of kits in this series by introducing new virtualized environments that can be controlled by either the real or simulated PLC. It can be used by students outside the school environment, thanks to its web-based licensing system, making it suitable for distance learning (EaD) or blended courses.

    Courseware

The teaching kits are accompanied by rich teaching material with a practical focus, which provides practical proposals aimed at developing skills and competencies.

The Student Guide is offered, with proposals for practical activities, the Educator’s Guide, with answers to activities and teaching guidance on the products, and video tutorials to assist in using the tools when using the kit.
